Teams: First 3 runners of Men's and Ladies Teams

Entry Fees:

£9.00 affiliated £11.00 unattached. (£3 extra on day - Essex Championship qualified runners only on the day).
Closing date for postal entries 28th January 2008.

Late entries on the day accepted for Essex Championship qualified runners only, please note that that late entries will close 30 minutes before Race start.

N.B. Great Bentley Village Hall has limited toilets and changing facilities. Refreshments available in the main Hall for competitors and supporters.

Race Day photographs

For this event we have engaged the services of a professional photography business Ed Stagg photography (www.edstaggphotography.com) who specialise in covering running events. Photographs of competitors taking part will be published on their website, where they can be purchased. This service has proved popular with runners of all standards in previous events covered and is an additional feature of race day, which will act as a photographic memento too
.

Pre and Post race massages

Ian Mahoney (Qualified) will be in attendance to give you a Pre and/or Post race massage for those achy limbs, or just because, at a reasonable fee.
