Training

We have structured training schedules - every Wednesday evening at the club and at Summer and Winter specific locations.

Training:
The club organises a number of regular training sessions in addition to a number of ad hoc runs.                                              Please feel free to simply turn up at the sessions of your choice or contact one of our coaches for further information.

Structured training consists of:
A series of tempo, slow and fartlek running;
Pyramid training;
Time based fast - slow runs;
Hill training;
or anything Captain Clive can think of on the night to get the team working!

Wednesday Training:                                                                                                                                                           The club meets every Wednesday evening at Great Bentley Village Hall at 7 p.m. for 7.15 p.m., the Village Hall is on the right just past the Railway Station.

Summer training:
Summer structured training on Friday evenings at 6:30 pm from April - September at:
Great Bromley Village Hall (not Great Bentley!!!).

We meet in the Village Hall Car park.


Winter training
:
Winter structured training is on Thursday evenings at 6:45pm and place thereafter, October - April from the:
Arena Sports Centre
Circular Road East
Colchester.

We meet in the foyer.
