Training

We have structured training schedules - every Wednesday evening at the club and at Summer and Winter specific locations.

Structured training consists of:
a series of tempo, slow and fartlek running;
pyramids;
time based fast - slow runs;
hill training;
or anything Captain Clive can think of on the night to get the team working!

Summer training:
Summer structured training on Friday evenings at 6:30 p.m from April - September at:
Great Bromley Village Hall (not Great Bentley!!!).
Frating Road/Parsons Hill
Great Bromley



We meet in the Village Hall carpark.


Winter training
:
Winter structured training at 6:45pm every Thursday, at the same time and place thereafter, October - April from the:
Arena Sports Centre
Circular Road East
Colchester.

We meet in the foyer.
