Ipswich Duathlon - Alton Water

Myself, Dan Foster, Kim Chatting and Michael Sommerlad did the Ipswich Duathlon, lovely day for it.

Dan finished 33rd out of 87 men in 1:26:57, Kim finished 16th out of 29 women in 1:43:31,I finished 19th out of 29 women in 1:44:25, winning my age category and Michael finished 86th out of 87 men in 2:08:55 winning his age category too.
