Golden night at Harwich

Brilliant performances from both Lex Carlisle and Simon Dale who both achieved their Gold Standard awards at the Harwich 5K this is a first award for Lex and what a way to start and very close to a Diamond Award and for Simon doing a fantastic 16.59, Paul Carlisle also improved on his last Harwich outing this time going from Bronze to Silver,despite having a close shave Jamie was again just 3 seconds from a standard (maybe a waxing might help next time)
