Cost
The events are all £1.50 for affiliated runners and £3.50 for unaffiliated (we think). There are 5 events and the four best scores count.

Start time
The races start at 8.00 p.m. Entries are accepted until 7.30 pm on the day of the race but they do advise runners to call early on the first venue due to the large number of registrations on that event as they all get filed on computer.

The route
The course is mainly flat. No further details have been provided.

Directions:
New start/finish area due to the Headquarters (HQ) change is located at the new HQ (Scout hut) is among a group of buildings behind the Park Pavilion building on the High Street/Main Road, next to the park that you ran through on the race route last year.

Most direct route to the race is to leave the A120 by turning right at Ramsey roundabout, drive up the hill and follow the main road all the way down through Dovercourt town centre. The park should appear on your right; you just need to turn right at the bottom of this, in front of the Park Pavilion.

Parking will be pretty limited round there though, so you may have to park in Barrack Lane next to it (again, this road was part of last year's race route).

The events are club championships with the fastest times over the series in each category getting the awards.
