We have both thriving men and ladies teams and participate in the 53-12 Cross-country League. We also host 5 mile and half marathon races each year.

We meet at the Great Bentley Village Hall, Essex on Wednesday evenings at 7.00 for 7.15 start.
We also have regular organised training runs on Sundays where anyone is welcome.

Membership Rates 2008-09
   
Single membership: £ 10 per year + £5 England Athletics affiliation fee
 
Family membership:
[For family membership all members must complete membership forms. Please submit forms together.]		 £14 per year + £5 England Athletics affiliation fee for each competing member
 
Student membership [Full-time education.]
 £ 6 + £5 England Athletics affiliation fee
   
Senior Citizen [60 or over on 1st April 2007.] £ 6 + £5 England Athletics affiliation fee
   
Part Year membership [i.e. between January 1st and March 31st.] £ 5 + £3 England Athletics affiliation fee£4
